The Beatles recorded 'I Got To Find My Baby' on June 1, 1963 for the BBC Radio series "Pop Go The Beatles" episode which aired June 11, and once more on June 24 for the BBC Radio show "Saturday Club" which aired June 29. The former recording was released in both the US and the UK on December 6, 1994 on "The Beatles Live At The BBC." The latter recording is available on several bootlegs.

During rehearsals for the aborted "Get Back" film/album project, Paul, John and George performed a ragged bit from this song on January 28, 1969. This performance has been bootlegged.
